There really is some remarkable myopathy out there. WSU is the most popular university/sports entitiy in the biggest city in the state, and yet outsiders assume a zero sum between Snob Hill and Tractor Tech.

This guy was from Indianapolis. I would guess people from Hoosier Land would know a little something about basketball, and if so, they probably pay attention to a little event called the Final Four...and this was only three or four months after Atlanta. Yeah, I didn't take it well.

I haven't lived in Kansas for a long time. Whenever I meet a Kansan, I always ask them if they're a Shocker or a Jayhawk fan. If they mention they're Wildcat fan I always respond with a puzzled look by asking "who"??? It really torques them off.
