Got my tickets the minute they came on sale for the public, tried getting the lower bowl but everything was at the ends of the court, so went to the upper bowl right in the middle section 215 a few rows up, sat in upper bowl last year also, not bad seats if your not clear at the top...cant wait, lets sell this out
Things continue to move briskly. Nothing left in the lower bowl and 4,730 upper bowl tickets remaining.
I'll leave this here and the mods can decide if they want to delete it or not. A friend told me that a fella can use INTRUST as a coupon code on the ticket site and receive a $5 discount off $22 seats and a $2 discount off $12 seats. I had already bought my tickets (as have most on here), but it may induce some folks to buy another block for family and friends.

I have no problem with coupon codes as long as they're not restricted by the university, such as the SASO level codes used for presale. I'd imagine this one isn't from the university.

10 bones for a seat to the Shoxers at IBA? That's a steal no matter where you are sitting! And 17 bones for better seats is ridiculous as well. This is gonna be fun!!
Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!
Not to discredit the number of sales so far, but I wonder how many scalpers have purchased tickets in hopes to drive prices up as the event nears on stubhub. Because getting roughly a 17% discount on face value covers the fee stubhub would charge you if you sold the ticket at face value. Stubhub takes a 15% cut from the seller.

So true. Still the key to whether we sell out or not may be how well the Shocks do in their 1st 5-games of the season. Most of the long-hanging fruit has been grabbed.

They charge a 15% fee, but then also an additional ~10% commission from the difference (there are breakpoints for premium prices).
I'm sure there will def be some ppl trying to scalp but the arbitrage isn't risk free at least. Also, that price doesn't include the various fees IBA/Select-a-Seat nickel and dime you with for online purchases.
This will sell out well before game day. Sections 225 and 215 of the UPPER Bowl have already sold out. Section 206 has only one ticket left, and section 216 has only 18 seats left. The lower bowl is already sold out. Tickets are selling much faster than in the past. Right now there are only 775 upper level $22 tickets left and 3,970 of the $12 seats left.

4,124 tickets left, 487 of which are in $22 sections. Tapering off but less sharply than last year.
Really impressed with the movement so far- Tennessee was the equivalent of #26 in the preseason AP Poll last season, whereas SLU will struggle to stay in the Top 100 (maybe even Top 150). Looks like last season's run really solidified demand.
Also- reminder that the code INTRUST will net you $5 off the $22 seats and $2 off the $12 seats if you haven't purchased yet (or want to purchase more).
