And you've said everything that needs to be said right there.

K-State is a combined 2-4 against the juggernauts of Long Beach State, Texas Southern, TCU, and Texas Tech.
    Deuces Valley.
    ... No really, deuces.

    • And of all of the "good" wins k state has, how many have been on the road?
Marge: The plant called and said that if you don't come in tomorrow, don't bother coming in Monday.
      Homer: WOOHOO! Four day weekend.

        • Yea I really don't get this love affair with the Big 12. K-State has beat all the top teams in the big 12, yet they are 15-15 and now they are talking like they can get to the NCAA. They had a terrible non-con record as has been pointed out and barely beat Bradley by 5. That just tells me the big 12 has a bunch of good teams not great teams, and no matter what ku does they are going to make sure they get at least a two seed, unreal.

You would have REALLY hated listening to KC sports talk radio this morning, where a couple of the KU homers were making the case that there is little difference between WSU and KSU, and that they wager KSU would beat WSU in Bramlage. This, of course, is only because KU lost to KSU in Bramlage, so they assume KSU must be undefeated at home.

Which radio station and what the response of the host (Fescoe, St.John)?

                  • I am interested to see what the nincompoops from NE Kansas do with us this week. Guessing they will begrudgingly move us up to ~13.

                    • They will move the flagship up one and drop us three spots.

                      • Teams that played KState closer than KU in Bramlage:

                        Texas Southern (they won)
Bradley lost by 3, w/o their starting PG due to injury
                        TCU lost by 5

Not exactly "shakin' in my boots" material.
