This is actually reasonable. I won't take it as "official" until it's put in the blog, but overall, I agree with it.

We should be a Top 15 team throughout the year, with a good stay in the Top 10. I just can't see FVV, Baker, and Cotton losing. We're just not used to seeing it. I don't care who we lost (and we did lose a big piece). Those guys are simply winners. And combine that with other solid contributors and a stellar recruiting class, and well, don't expect too much of a drop-off.

No. Perhaps I should have said a from the gut assessment and not to imply that your other assessments have been dishonest but maybe too pragmatic. I was actually trying to be complimentary to the both of you with a side of sarcasm thrown in for good measure.

I'm kind of feeling like this will be similar to the 2012-2013 season where we had a ton of new guys who we knew were good, but didn't know where that would place us. Well that season had it's ups and downs, but we made it to the Final Flippin Four. I expect something similar of this season. Maybe not a Final Four, but it will be a hell of a ride.

And hey, at least we aren't like Creighton. They lose their ONLY scorer and their coach isn't Gregg Marshall :glee:
