DC played at both the 4 and 5 spot last year
We all know he's not a stretch 4.
But my question is will he better offensively playing more minutes
At the 4 position this upcoming season.

There was an improvement in Carl Hall in his second year (and with most all of our juco players). That is the expectation with DC.

I thought DC's post moves improved a lot as the year went on. He also got a lot more confident iin his 8-10 foot jump shot. I expect to see a big jump in offense from him. He's very sneaky around the basket and can get up the court in a hurry during fast break situations.

Maybe he don't know what he's doing and just trying to participate in these discussions like everyone else. Maybe when he's typing and see that the letters are nearing the end of his screen he hits the return button. Which causes a new line and first word to be capitalized. But he learning. He's also learning that some people who are knowledgable in the matter. Would rather make fun than teach.
