Absolutely incorrect. Ban me. I don't care. Still wouldn't change the fact that I root fir the Shockers when they're not playing UK. You want to be elite but can't accept a few fans from other teams on your board. UK gets hundreds of trolls. It's a part of fandom. No matter what, I'm a believer in WSU. I hope for an epic battle Sunday for the simple sake of the game.

Unfortunately, we had some bad experiences with some "visitors" last year who were all "rah, rah, rah" for WSU until we lost. Then they became absolute A-holes.

I think UK is a tough, tough matchup. Young teams are always better in March than they were in January.

What a week. You gotta love March, right? We've seen 4 schools notch their first ever NCAA Tournament wins. Cal Poly on Tuesday, North Dakota State yesterday, and Mercer and Stephen F. Austin today. When's the last time 4 schools won their first NCAA tournament games in the same year?

It's been an interesting tournaments in many ways but I have to say there have been some real choke jobs between low BBIQ plays and lousy free throw shooting. Perhaps it just the pressure of the big stage. VCU and NC State in particular were epic meltdowns. Hope it's not a contagious condition, or if it is the Shocks avoid it.

You know the damn NCAA committee set that bracket up like that on purpose....35-0 Wichita State vs preseason #1 Kentucky..........then whoever wins vs defending champ Louisville....either the defending champ vs the team they beat in the Final Four last year that is 36-0 or state rivals Kentucky vs Louisville who Kentucky beat in 2012 in the Final Four and who Kentucky beat this year.

I understand the feeling, but I think it just ended up this way.

Everyone knew Kentucky was an 8/9 seed. That's simply what their resume was. Geographically they ended up in the midwest. I figured they were going to end up with the shot at playing us in the second game several weeks ago.

Louisville is the one that gets me, but only because I think they should have been a 3 seed. We both should have been looking to matchup with them in the Elite 8.

I'll give you that K-State kind of made it interesting at the end, at least.
