Cal Poly just came off their highest scoring game of the season and highest FG goal percentage of the season. I believe our Shockers will be able to not let them surpass that. We will need to keep our focus to win the game, we have done that all year. Shockers win but Cal Poly comes out firing.

Their fans sound a lot like LaSalle's fans leading up to our sweet sixteen game last year sans some of the trash talk. Nothing offensive, and I like their enthusiasm. We win 85-50.Comment

Here's the deal. Poly may want a cracker but a win versus our beloved Shockers will be rejected. We start our 3rd new Season within a Season and we will win this one, but hark, that is not even enough. We shant tremble and we fear NO bracket. With each and every win, as a team, we must progress, prepare, perform, and prevail. Then the 2nd verse through the 6th verse, is same as the first.
Since the NC2A thought we were so very special, they would with a tender loving MTXE focus, put our bracket in overload with the toughest series of games ever in their history for one team to face to allow us to march to a 6-0 record in style. Tsk, tsk tsk. They knew we are really going to play 'MTXE Angry' now and our Road Warriors are far from satisfied. My Aunt Gertrude use to proclaim "Never fear the bracket or the elements, or the establishment, just respect your foes, follow your game-plan and win thrice twice. "Or something like that." Can ya dig it? Groooooovy baybay!!!!!!! Shocks by 11!!!!!!!!!!!
