Wichita State will play Memphis next season

Memphis will play Wichita State in a neutral site game next season as a part of its non-conference schedule. The game will be played in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the Sanford Pentagon, and will likely be in early November

I lived in Memphis for a number of years. Memphians love their basketball and are generally a lot of fun. I'm glad the Shox are playing the Tigers. I hope this turns into a series.

one other thing for you WSU fans who'd want to travel to this game, tickets for this game will be VERY expensive, tickets for the Wisconsin - St. Johns game were in the neighborhood of $80 per ticket, for the cheap seats, Pentagon only holds 3200, so to make money they really jack up ticket prices, so be aware.

Cal/Memphis have not been there, or done that. They do have a nice elite 8 though.
