I believe that is NCAA Div. II tournament games.

Don't they have Juwan Howard Jr. ? That has to be good, right?

Wish this game wasn't on a Tuesday. Perhaps, when they win it all this year, I can sneak aboard Gregg's plane?

I think the DII stuff was in regards to the smaller arena. At least, that's what I saw on the website for that arena. But I didn't read the story to see if it was specifically that arena.

Confirmed. The DII championship basketball site is the Pentagon (the smaller arena):

Keep up with the latest news from Sanford Sports, the region's home for athletic excellence.

NCAA officials announced Wednesday the City of Sioux Falls has been chosen to host eight Division II national championships over four years beginning in 2015, six of which will be held at the Sanford Pentagon.

          Championships include 2015, 2016 and 2018 women’s basketball; 2016 volleyball; 2016 wrestling; 2017 and 2018 men’s basketball; and 2018 men’s and women’s outdoor track and field.

The Pentagon will host the basketball and volleyball championships. Wrestling will be held at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, and the University of Sioux Falls Lillibridge Track & Field Complex will host outdoor track and field.

maybe, with a little work, we could sell out Hartman Arena.

Thjat appears to be a totally anaal message board. I registered, which was a total pain. I was approved. Now, when i try to access the board, I get a disconnect message.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

They compare Marshall/WSU to Calipari/Memphis. Haha

To re-emphasize my post from page one, this game is at the Pentagon and NOT at the new events center. Error in reporting on the local Wichita media's side. Not sure why.

Also, showing how big of a deal this is to the organizers in Sioux Falls, they are having a press conference for the announcement of this scheduled game at 2 PM today.

Here's a link to the story with that information in it. http://www.argusleader.com/article/2...is-next-season

You could have given us at least a couple of days to enjoy the misinformation. :)

Holy cow, they play early season tournaments in hotel ball rooms. Why are some concerned if this game will take place in a 3200 or 12000 seat arena? I'm just glad it's one more quality game added to next season.

Royal Shock is likely not a Wichita State fan.

                          He caught you.

                          Although the 2007 is odd.
Royal, you have been fooling us for all these years.

I may be a fool, but there's no foolin'!

I went back and stated my case again. If that's not enough, oh well.

I lived in Memphis for a number of years. Memphians love their basketball and are generally a lot of fun. I'm glad the Shox are playing the Tigers. I hope this turns into a series.
