Selfishly, I am glad for this. ACGH will get a great opportunity to captain a ship soon, like Jans did, but it is great news for WSU and our fall recruiting that he will be sticking around at least another year.

A coach that sounded good, although looking back, was woefully unprepared for the job. Grandiose expectations. Received a lot more attention than he didn't deserve due to connections, stayed longer than he should have, made something not all that good at lot worse, received an extension that cannot be explained with rational thought, and will walk away a millionaire while leaving the program in shambles for someone else to clean up.

Edit: That's probably a little harsh on Craig --although I don't follow Beaver basketball closely, it's hard to imagine that he has the same exaggerated sense of entitlement and self-importance that his more imperial sibling does. He probably was in a bit over his head, though. Two years at just over .500 in the Ivy League, despite the improvement of his Brown team from one season to the next, isn't exactly comparable to the resume Ralph Miller brought to Oregon State some years before.
