I'm only worried about teams that are significantly under-seeded at this point. That list definitely begins with Louisville. Anything less than a two seed will be under-seeding based on ability, and I don't think their resume will get them a two. And there's a decent shot they end up in our bracket based on geography.

VCU will be a rough one, too. Playing a lot better at this point in the season, and their seed won't match their ability.

I think OSU fits Rlh's description of under-seeded for where they are currently at as well. I think the selection committee will slot them in--I'd much rather have KSU as the 8/9.

Just a piece of trivia, nothing more. KSU upset the Shox in the second round in 1964,denying the Shox a trip to the FF. The next year we beat OSU in the same round to get the FF.

The teams we beat in the first round?

        Creighton and SMU.

I'm just going to say it.....the only team that worries me is Florida.
We can beat anyone in the country but Florida is the one team that worries me.

Not much has been said about Cincinnati but they are streaky as well. IMO they could do great things in the Dance as well.

The thing that hurts the seeding for Cinci and Louisville is their overall schedule. Each of them play 18-20 game against teams with RPI 100+, I think that makes it difficult to determine how good they really. They have both beaten some good teams, but at the same time lost to some good teams as well. Although I think SMU is a good team, great team at home, I didn't think Cinci should have gotten blown out like they did.

And had KSU not upset WSU in 1964, WSU and KSU would be tied in Final Four appearances with three each.
