Rafter worthy? Levingston was 3rd team Basketball Times?
Will be interesting to see if a Juco player would ever be considered for the rafters. Seems wrong for us to rely so much on Juco players during this historic run under Marshall and still exclude them from that, but I can understand the opposite argument as well.

The rafters.... mmm. Dunno. If we win a NC and he is clearly the man. I may be swayed.
What's it going to take for you people?
I understand the arguments against the "worthiness" of a person but it seems like there are some people on here that expect people in the rafters to average 45+ and 20+ on a 3 time national champion team.
Just what are the requirements to "reach the rafters?"
At least 3rd team All American?
Outstanding contributions to team and MVC conference awards?
Be a model student and a credit to the University?
Is there a minimum number of years and a minimum number of games required?
Does making significant contributions to your team resulting in reaching two consecutive NCAA tournaments count for anything? Especially considering that no current member meets this distinction.
Having trouble finding the requirements, however Paul Miller was named AP AA Honorable Mention. The first, second, and third teams consisted of 15 total players. There were an additional 47 members on the HM team. Early is one of the top 10 players per the NBC Sport's AA team, which is significantly better. Paul Miller is the only AA (at least since 1950) that doesn't have his Jersey retired.
