I would like to see anyone come up with 9 to put in front of him.

If he shoots with 8 seconds left, misses, ISU gets the rebound and hits a shot at the other end you'd be on here moaning about "terrible end of half execution. If you are going to shoot the three, you have to do it with 3 seconds or less so ISU (who got the rebound) doesn't have a chance at a shot."

I'm glad Fred is in charge of making these decisions. Up 10, the only negative end to a half in which we control the possession is an end when the opponent gets a shot.

Bingo. If you are up 10 you ALWAYS hold for the last shot. A putback takes only a second, so shooting with 8 seconds is a high risk low reward play.

According to Creighton fans, there are four better than him in the Big East alone.

If you're talking about the best PGs in the country, I don't know if I could even make an argument for 9 total. Even playing devil's advocate, I'd say ... Staten from WVU, Wilbekin from Florida (and that's a stretch), Ennis from Syracuse, TJ McConnell from Arizona ...

If you get into the mid-majors, LIU's Jason Brickman (10 APG), La Tech's Kenneth Smith (7.8 APG), VMI's Rodney Glasgow, UCSB's Zalmico Harmon (4.7 A:TO).

I could only come up with eight.

Does anyone know if there is a way to watch a replay of this game on the internet? I can watch the other MVC tournament games on espn3 but this one is not there. Does CBS have anything comparable to espn3?

Re: The Shirts -- I thought the ones they handed out had the misprint and not the ones for sale. But apparently the ones they were selling after the game had the screw up.

I knew my wife wouldn't allow me to buy one so I didn't really put up a fight but damn I would have loved to have that misprint shirt.

I've never seen a fan base get more geeked out over youtube clips of BIG EAST commercials on an obscure television channel. Not to mention the fact that BIG EAST must be capitalized when typing on an internet message board.

If that doesn't wreak mid-major, then I dunno what does.

People keep trying to say we are a soft 1 seed because we are unproven, but I'm gonna throw it out there right now that Nova from the MID MAJOR EAST is the soft 1 seed. They got smoked twice when they couldnt score on a team that can't play defense. They got absolutely smoked by Creighton... Now there's a couple teams that won't get past 32.

Creighton needs to get automatically placed in the NIT for a few years just so they can win a few post season games and get used to it. After that maybe they can come back to the dance a little more ready
