Where do you want the Valley to put WSU? They aren't going to give all the prime seating to one school.

        Why not? :disillusionment:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

So, you give the team with the most ticket sales, behind the basket??

Schools should be rewarded for ticket sales with seating location.

How about each school getting the same % of prime seating as their % of the total tickets sold.

@shocktheheart: I don't have much heartburn on the matter but I would hope they would have apportioned the seating better as a percentage of sales. It isn't worth losing sleep over but merely an observation of the changing face of the conference in more ways than one.

Ok What is the best strategy for getting lower seats. I didn't purchase all session tickets this year because I'm only 94% sure I'm going. Also, I can't go Thursday, so I think that its the same price to just purchase a ticket each session.

Do you purchase upper bowl tickets and find empty seats lower? There is no way they will sell out the lower bowl seats without Creighton coming so there should be some empty lower bowl seats. Will they sell those too? The league would be better off (on television) to close up the upper bowl and sell out the lower bowl (probably 8,000 seats in the lower bowl). Scalpers should not have too much leverage because 6,000 Creighton fans will not be coming.

WSU/CU alternated sections every year. Middle court side never have been available. Once your in the door, find the best seat you can. Buy the cheapest ticket you can find.

There will be 16k+ in attendance on Sunday
Best bet is to buy from losing team or the local cash only independent businessman on the street.

I talked to the Scottrade Center box office today to ask about some of the ticket packs that they are offering and was told there are 7,300 mezzanine (upper level) seats still available for the Friday afternoon session...Yay MVC, way to go!

Nothing new there, even with CU there were that many uppers available.
