Looks like it will be blacked out on ESPN3, along with all of KS, MO, IA, IL and IN, according to their site map:

As some previous posters have mentioned, sounds like it's being carried by some regional cable companies and satellite operators, though.

For us DirecTV folks, it's on fox sports midwest, channel 671. I found it thanks to pinstripers.
