Contest needs a new volunteer

I've been struggling with this for the last couple of weeks, but think it's best I don't run the Pic Em contest this year. I'm posting this in hopes somebody else might take it on. If you want, I will try to let you know the rules I have used the last three years. Of course you might want to do it differently.
