LMAO. Craig never sounded so good.

Disgusting choke job by ORU. This would be a sucky loss.

By the way, what the hell are the Nicholls State cheerleaders wearing?
    Deuces Valley.
    ... No really, deuces.

        • ORU absolutely gives away a game. And Nicholls St. rushes the court... God, I love ESPN3.

          • That wasn't even a good court storm.

That whole production reeked of Swamp People

              • After the loss, Bama's RPI drops to 94. Missouri St is at 101. We now have just two RPI 51-100 wins and one of those is Bama. We just need to keep winning.

                • The Valley is really hurting WSU right now. If Tennessee and BYU end up with rpis over 50 then WSU might have trouble getting a 1 seed even if they go undefeated. Hopefully these two teams will stay in the top 50 and the Sycamores find a way to get back into the top 50 as well. If No. Iowa, MOst, and Ill. st could get back into the top 100, WSU should be fine. Otherwise Doug Gottlieb could end up being right. With only 1 top 50 win (if Tenn and BYU slip a little) and 4 top 100 wins, WSU could end up undefeated and still be only a 2 or 3 seed. I do think if WSU can end up undefeated there is no way they would be seeded worse than a 3 seed no matter how poorly their opponents finish.

They have a long ways to go. The game between their top 2 teams (Nova and Cu) drew 184,000. Which was very good for FS1 nBE games, about triple what they had been averaging but still not any where close to the average games on espn or espn2. Including that game (Nova-Cu), the last 10 nBE games broadcast on FS1/FS2 are averaging 99,700 viewers, which is way up for nBE games on FS this year. But again far less than any game on espn or espn2. In fact it is well below the average game on espnU.

                      • As more of the FS1 contracts (MLB regular season and playoff games, World Cup starting with womens in 2015, US Open golf, NASCAR, etc) kick in over the next few years the numbers across the board will get a boost as people find out they get the channel in their cable packages. Going up against ESPN is tough, but I think FS1 has a much better shot than any of the other competitors. I already prefer Fox Sports Live over SportsCenter by a ton, but that's just cause I prefer highlights over talking heads.

I think you are right that FS1 has a lot better chance of making it than NBCSN or CBSSn, but other than their UFC stuff not much is gathering very good ratings right now The Fox Sports Live show last week for their LIVE shows ranged from a high of 96,000 to a low of 9,000. Live Sports Centers draw a million or more viewers. The top basketball game last week on espn drew 2,968,000 viewers (more than 16 times the viewers that the game between the top 2 teams in the nBE drew on FS1). It will be interesting to see how much the events you mentioned cause their viewership to rise and how much patience Fox Sports has with the nBE games and their shows like Fox Sports Live.

KU currently losing to Texas 33-47, a one point improvement from halftime score of 23-38

We need Tennessee to win this one.
