    • You guys are spending way too much time discussing what Creighton did or didn't do.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

          Probably.

Of course everything changes. I was just trying to point out that Creighton won by 28. Go back in time, cause a few of those makes to mysteriously spin out of the goal, and they still probably win the game. That was my only point.

            • Shoulda, coulda, woulda, blah, blah, blah. The fact remains that it was a remarkable display of 3-point shooting (and a pretty bad display of 3-point defense) and I am giving credit where credit is due. That was not a beatdown, it was an ass whooping. Good for CU. Just don't let it happen again. And for those that don't think Creighton belongs in the Big East, just look at that league's standings and see who is on top.

              • Private/Catholic (Butler) or not, Shox would be a great addition to the Big East. As a basketball league, they have to be watching WSU out of the corner of there eyes.

                • Good seats still available in Austin.

How there is no crowd for a school that large makes no sense.

We are 1/3 of the way through the NBE's first season. The few traditional power holdovers in the league are having their worst seasons in a while, and CU is riding the wave of the best player they will ever see on a team that is senior-laden. You think it might be a bad idea to offer long term NBE pecking order projections?

Watching that game I can see why. Bad, bad basketball being played so far on both sides.
