Doyle appears to be quite the player. Can Loyola keep him? Same with the Balentine kid at NAIA-ville.
This league would be a lot more competitive (not at the top but in general) with Rice, Moore, and Eky still in it.
Eky probably makes the least impact but Moore and Rice were (still are) some ballers.
I know transfers happen - it's a part of the game - but it's frustrating when players seemingly feel the need to "level up". If you good scouts will find you, it's their job afterall. The mountains are calling, and I must go.

I would expect Doyle to stay since he transferred from KU to there, I woundnt think he'd transfer again but it's happened before.Last edited by KochHead22; January 16, 2014, 08:19 AM.Shox-4-Life

Tech is now top 150 in RPI, top 100 in Pomeroy, and hasn't lost to anyone outside the top 100 all year. They aren't great, but for 2013-2014, I would trade them for Bradley, SIU, Evansville, or Loyola in a heartbeat.
Everyone else, don't worry. I'll let this topic go with just this single post.

They have benefited from home games against 3 teams that I believe will finish in the bottom half (UE, SIU, LUC), but they have also won all of those games.
Bradley and Evansville's gooses are both cooked. Drake appears to have sold whatever pig they rode to a good non-con. MSU may have trouble now, given they lost the superbowl and have injury problems. Loyola and SIU both appear better than I thought they would be, but ISUr has already picked up home wins against both. UNI may not win another road game.

The Thursday night games in St. Louis this year are going to include the worst group of 4 teams of the past decade. Looking at the last 10 years, there are usually 1 or 2 teams outside the top 200. Only once were 3 of them this bad. Never have there been all 4.
At the moment, 4 MVC teams are outside the top 225. The bottom of this conference is really, really down this year.
