Tenn St will never get into the Valley, primarily for 2 reasons. 1) They're not in Illinois. 2) They can't deliver the Chicago market.

I thought the only requirement was sucking and what market you suck in doesnt really matter. Tenn St is 0-9 with an rpi of 1279 out of 350 teams so they are a solid fit

They have a world of athletic talent, and plenty of size, but I think they're too deficient with their guard play to be a serious and consistent threat. But like today, they will be dangerous on any given night.

UMass beats BYU 105-96. BYU cut the lead to 5 about two minutes into the 2nd half but other than that UMass pretty much led by 10 the entire game so it was never in doubt. The UMass athletes just killed BYU.

UMass is very good and was slightly favored against BYU. BYU was projected to have 4 losses after the OOC. Judging by the spread, this was one of them.
