With Early, Baker, and VanVleet racking up huge stats and 2 of them getting NBA looks, what is Cotton doing being the MVP of a couple games?

The short answer to your question is that 3 of them are getting NBA looks, but we've only heard about two.

I've been to more Spurs games than I can count, including last night (disclaimer - I left in the 3rd quarter to catch the Shocks game).

Cotton's not as tall as George Hill or Danny Green, but if he can develop his handle... you have exactly a zero percent chance of convincing me why Paddy Mills has a spot in the league but Tekele doesn't.
