I know this is a passionate board but give the foul pity party a freaking break. We couldn't get stops at key times or defensive boards. Nothing new there. All in all, they kept grinding and we had a decent look at the end.

KC, you normally make some good points, but tonight the team did not choke or not come to play. They gave it everything they had and didn't get it done against a team that needed to win this game to get into the NCAAs. The previous 4 losses, yes, those were pretty distrubing, but tonight somebody had to lose, both teams played well, and unfortunately it was the Shox that came out on the losing end.

I'm not happy, but I can live with this type of loss. The Shox played to the best of their ability, and it wasn't good enough. They've got to get better, and they will.

The refs were gay. That is a fact. I'm not saying they totally lost it for us. But they had an agenda IMO.. :whistle:

Shockfever - nice analysis -'the ref's were gay.' Yes, I did see the game and hold to my opinion that the ref's did not ruin this for the Shox. Reread my post.

The refs were not that bad. Please don't anybody go and try and blame the game on the refs. We were beaten by a team that is good, and needed this win to get an at large bid. The refs don't make the shots, they don't play defense, etc. We've seen a hell of a lot worse officiating than we saw tonight.

There were alot of no calls on both sides tonight.

The no calls heavily favored MOST in the second.
And when I say favored I mean everything and anything haha.

I forgot to look at the final turnover number. I know it wasnt good.

Stats looked identical for the most part except for the turnover margain. They did outrebound this.

If we could have evened that up we would have been good.


My best advice to returning players and incoming players.
Rest up for a little big. Get your schooling done. Hit the weights in mass quantities. Lots of Cardio. Lots of Balling.
