I was not planning on going to this game because it's mid-week, but now trying to talk myself into it. What's the best way to get tickets? Online or call TU ticket office? Is section 106 behind WSU bench?

Yes to 106. Or at least that is what I was told. Go to Tulsa athletics and order online, print at home.

Google Tulsa Cherry Street. Cherry Street is an area on 15th Street with some shops and a bunch of places to eat a few miles from TU.
