New layout is MUCH better. It would be nice if they could find a place to squeeze in the time of day, but if not, no biggie. Even though they would have been a pain to maintain and keep on right time, I still wish they would have kept the old analog clocks that were up in the rafters before the 2003 renovation.Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind. ~Dr. Seuss

I had several people mention no real-life clock even before the exhibition game began. Every public building should have a clock, movie theaters, basketball arenas, etc."I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

Time for the lecture from little old me. Stop with this thread already, your scoreboard is great. Is it perfect, no, great, yes. It's far and away the best scoreboard in the Valley. Even the scoreboard at Jerryworld isn't perfect.
As for the clock, who goes to a sporting event and thinks about the time of day? Sure, some people are obsessed with the time and others may have something after the game and need to know what time it is, those people should have a watch and the time on their phone, there is no need for a clock. For everybody else, focus on one thing, the game. Forget about everything else and enjoy the game. Who gives a crap if it's 9:15 or 9:45?
You have the best scoreboard in Kansas, Allen and the Octagon of Doom included. Enjoy it, quit nitpicking. There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.
