Could just be me, but I don't think he is getting the house ready, just to flip it.

I don't know what the other top programs have, but I can't see them having much more than that.

        That is awesome.

Class facility for a class coach and class athletes. Just adds to the excitement we have been waiting for since April.

That is NICE! I took the tour. Director of Ticket Sales was my guide. There are 73 tickets still unsold. If you want 2 together, it's an "obstructed view" seat.

I was really impressed with the strength and conditioning area. I've seen lots of pics, but nothing that prepared me for that area. It's a very open area - doesn't even feel like a room - which is why I use the term "area". I've got some pics. If they demonstrate the openness and size of the area, I'll post them.

I got on the court and went to spots where I've seen Baker and Goudelak hit shots. Baker's rqange is Wow! Goudelak's range is just ridiculous.

The lower area coming off the North tunnel isn't so nice. In fact, it's kind of depressing. Much like the visitor's experience on the court.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

First class all the way. These upgraded facilities have to impress the recruits!

I posted a link to the video on MVCFans. That should bring out some hate.

Gordon Vadakin was in the same tour group as I was and he was taking pictures of the mens locker rooms. Said it gave him ideas on how to finish out the area for the bowling team in the renovated RSC. He said the renovation has really elevated his programs enthusiasm for continued success. I think the tour guide in the video did a far superior job than the one my group had. Who ever that is he could probably get a permanent job somewhere in the athletic department.:)

Bowles is the first locker on the right as you go into the locker room. When asked how long that locker would be there with his name on it we were told that DJ is a member of this team and the locker will be there for as long as he is a student at WSU.

                          Incredible.

Love that DJ's locker is still there.

I want to see Bowles locker be the first when you walk in for 4 years. I want to see Bowles learn coaching from this coaching staff for 4 years - and then be a graduate assistant.

I want every player who shows up as long as Bowles is here to realize and understand what it means to be a Shocker. And to understand that Champions believe in their teammates - even if their teammate is a guy who's putting them through drills instead of leading their fast break.

If Bowles stays at WSU, he's got 3 years of being the teammate of VanVleet, Baker, and Wessel. 4 years of learning how to coach a F4 team. 4 years of learning from what is going to become a well-respected coaching tree.

Marshall is approaching Ralph Miller status at WSU. Miller did a lot of great stuff after he left WSU. Marshall certainly isn't done with his coaching career or his prominence in coaching circles. Isn't Miller in a HoF somewhere?
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
