Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

This says the shot clock change will not pass but several others will.

      – The block/charge rule may be altered slightly to benefit the offensive player in that the defender would have to be set before the offensive player begins the upward motion of his shot. The source tells ******* this is in an effort to reduce the number of charge calls.
This sucks, how is UNI and the Valley of Floppers going to compete?

Well there you go. Guess I had no idea of what charge/blocks were. I always assumed the defender had to establish his position prior to the offensive player going airbourne anyway. That's why I didn't understand many of the calls on Jake for blocking because he already did what the new, supposedly more ridged, rule says. So since they got it wrong then, they'll still get it wrong now.

And just how does this reduce flopping? Flopping is when a defender establishes his position, but fakes the amount of contact made, if any, by the offensive player. That's what needs to be addressed!
