I think Jans would make an absolutely terrible head coach. He only likes teams that can defend, rebound, and grind. He hates dunks. The alley-oop is his single least-favorite play in all of basketball. I'm pretty sure he wants to get rid of the shot clock and three point line as well. He is a pretty good assistant though. But he would just make a horrible head coach.

In fact, I hear he has been an advocate of the four corners offense and wants a head coaching job because Marshall keeps overruling him. You can quote me on that.

If there is any truth to this article, that they are looking for a specific style regarding how practices are run and the coach conducts THEIR formula for success on the pitch ... well ... good look to whoever is the next coach there, and Coach Jans should stay away by about 1551.2 miles.
