Actually I'm just an alum now, but I'll try and pass the word. I think the pep band director is on here, but I'll let him "reveal" himself if he so chooses.

Speed it up just a tad. The pace seemed slow.

Of course it could have been from where I was sitting but the people that were with me noticed the same thing.

But I was happy to hear it as well. Thank you

I think Boneshock is actually the pep band director, and I know he reads the forum and posts regularly, so I think he'll get the message.

Damn. Thanks for posting that. I've missed that song. I will be getting my Soul Coughing out this evening.

I love Soul Coughing. That would still be my favorite song on Ruby Vroom even if it was about someplace else. Except for maybe Omaha. I'm not sure how we could make into a "pep" band song though

I'm glad you guys liked it. Finally got an OK arrangement of it (from our tuba player). I'll speed it up next time. I won't be there tomorrow due to my high school bball game, but I'll pass on the word to keep it in the rotation.

As a matter of fact this may also be another good tune for the band to play at games to get peeps pumped. Its full of tude and swagger, it just freaking rocks, and its fits most of the requirements of fans on here in that it has a killer bass line.

                          Uh, no.

I doubt J Bradley, good ol' man he is, has heard of Seven Nation. I think he is now up in the KC area running a music store. Haven't seen him in a long time.

Boneshock is a youngin - he's younger than me, so he's a youngin...

t7017s- I have to sadly admit that the first time I heard that song, (back in hs)I thought that Dave Matthews went off the deep end. I liked it better than Dave Matthews so I kept listening and found out it was Soul Coughing. Been a fan ever since. What a dumb kid I was.
