I think it's funny that none of them believe it could ever happen. Fred Van Vleet is a more highly regarded recruit than Jamari Traylor. Sure neither guy is from Kansas but it shows that sometimes we're after a similar caliber of player and that Marshall can get those guys over the "bigger" schools.

Newsflash . . . you're still imbeciles. Grow the heck up.
Just when I was warming up to internet KU fans a little they have to go remind me why they are so irritating.Last edited by WillieJeffJeffries; April 2, 2013, 05:15 AM.

Trust me I'm already worried the NCAA is going to come by with its microscope just to "check" on things at the request of our B12 buddies to the NE.

I feel bad for Perry. He chose the school he thought would give him the best chance at winning a national championship. His top four choices were 1-Kansas 2-Wichita State 3-Kentucky 4-Kansas State. Looking back now, his chances were not very good. Kentucky out first round NIT. K-State out first round NCAA. It sucks to realise you mad the wrong choice.

2nd time in our last 3 appearances we've advanced at least 2 rounds further in the NCAA's than KU.
They have nothing to gain.
And can we please ban the KU troll in this thread (poster #3)? I'm tired of seeing his BS interjected here.Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

It's silly to even discuss whether you think Perry did or did not make the right decision. KU was the choice he and his family made. He has three more years to get to his final four and seeing what Bill Self has done so far with KU, I have no reason to think they won't get there. But it's really nice to know that Evan has scoreboard on Perry in this matter.

Haven't read all of the comments on this thread, but as long as HCGM is our coach, I don't think we need to compete against KU for recruits. It would be great to have more Kansas kids on the roster in the future, but if HCGM is here over the next several years, the program will sell itself... and we we will get all of the talent we need to compete at the highest levels..Kansas is Flat. The Earth is Not!!
