That's just wrong.

They barely escaped both UNI and Illinois State. They are not going to overlook us. Pitino has been raving about how good the MVC is all year long, starting in November. He's not gonna let his players be overconfident.

All this talk about how there isn't a dominant team this year is just wrong, it's Louisville (at least for the last 4-5 weeks or so) and and then there is everybody else. They are playing unbelievable and we don't have anybody who can even stay in the same gym as Russ Smith speed wise - though Demetric has the best chance.

HOWEVER, the good news is that Tekele is so good in the half court. He's great on ball, but even better off ball. The players he is guarding don't catch the ball where they want too, they catch it about 4-5 feet further out than they want too, really limiting their options. If we can control Louisville in transition, hit shots, and hold our own inside then we've got a good chance at winning.

If we let Behanan have his way inside then it's gonna be a long night.

-Craft shot horrible - that's normal
-Thomas got his points - that's normal
-Ross was great off the bench - that's normal

Louisville is a damn good team. Probably the best in the country. And if this was a seven game series, I would be very concerned.

But it's not a seven game series. It's one game. And in one game, I have full confidence in our players. We know we can handle the pressure. And, while I feel bad for the injury, they just lost 17 minutes a game from Ware. It's going to take a hell of a game from us, but we absolutely can win.
