I think Amstead was more nervous about that interview than he was about going against Craft.

I knew it, Duke would have problems with athletic opponents. That is why I thought they were a better match-up. We're going to need to put in work this week at practice.

Louisville is starting to pull away. Up 16 with 8 to go...

Would love to see how Marshall and company game plan the Cardinals... they are frightening...

But not going to worry about it.... Excited for the opportunity.. GO SHOX!!!!

Both of them looked off their game, but I would too if I didn't get to bed until 5 am...

#2 and #3, Smith and Siva.

I am not sure the Shocks can defend them. Both are very quick and Smith is lightning quick.

They are having their way with Duke.

I hope Coach Jans has an ace up his sleeve.

Louisville is making Duke look like Creighton - when they played Duke....

I just hope Mal and Fred are quick enough to pick up some fouls on Siva. He looks prone to that at times.

We will definitely have to be in constant attack mode against them. They same way they will be against us. That might equalize things. This could actually be a game where DWills speed and willingness to attack might work well for us.. Question is what happen when our guards to get inside? The Cards seem to swallow teams whole in there...

This will be their 14th in a row, perhaps the stars will line up and they'll be due to lay an egg.

They seem to be every bit as locked in as we are. And Ware is from ATL, so they will use that as inspiration. However, we have a few guys from GA (Cotton and Hall) and MA's family lives there... Marshall, Jans and Co. will have to really have a special game plan on Saturday... I am really looking forward to it..

Agreed. And defending them is just the first step. The Shocks have to have a scheme to attack the constant pressure and not panic on offense.

I wonder, if EO will play a big role in the upcoming game. If he can block shots without fouling, it would be excellent.

I don't believe that Armstead and Van Vleet can stay with Smith and Siva.

I wonder, if it is worthwhile to try to contain one with double teaming and do our best on the other with single man play.

I agree that Demetric just may get a lot of minutes. Fred cannot cover either one without help.

Louisville sorta appears to be a 3 man team. Smith and Siva dominate possession of the ball for the Cardinals.

19 point blowout. Duke gave up... total exercise in futility on their behalf. I don't see the Shox laying down like that at all, but the Cardinals are one hell of a team. We have our work cut out for us...
