D-Will is indeed a true team player and has set a Shocker record already. Without him, we don't dance. He endured lots of nagging injuries but just kept playing through it all.

As an alum of W.U. (Class of 1954), I'm extremely proud of the Shockers basketball team and its coach. While I've not been a resident of Wichita since 1960 - (born and raised there) - I've always considered Wichita as my *real* home. Now that we're in the Final Four - - LET'S GO FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP, GUYS! (I hope my heart will hold up if that happens.......)

Growing up in North Carolina and being a major UNC fan I have to say, I have NEVER been more excited about a team or a win than I was tonight. There is something about this city and this team. That was thrilling. I can recall watching Jordan hit 'the shot' in '82,while I was in the 7th grade, and how happy I was. Tonight was it's equal, maybe more.

So proud to be a Shockers fan. Amazing game; amazing team; amazing coach.
