At home with wife and daughter who will be home from that medical school in Kansas City. We don't call it by any other name in our house. We have an open floor plan, so I will have 2 TV's and the laptop on Shockernet. I was going to add a 3rd TV, but didn't want to jerk with the Karma. I would really like a cold beer, but alas, Saturday was Pinot Noir evening, so I will open a bottle of the same vintage, purchased from the same establishment.

I would like to go somewhere, but will be sitting where I was during the Zags game, wearing the same thing. If we go farther, I may trek to the Ta and go watch at a bar next weekend.

I already have the same gray WSU t-shirt sitting out I wore last Saturday, ready to put on tonight. It's the same shirt I started wearing toward the end of our rec-league volleyball season. The first game I wore it we overcame playing 4 on 6 (one of our gals got injured and so we lost a guy, also), went undefeated the rest of the way and won the league championship. Coincidence? :)

Touche! This was during the "round of 64" when they were playing 4 games simultaneously...and Shocks weren't one of the them at the time. You better believe I'll be ShockerNetting on at least one of them tonight! Sooooo stoked for tonight's game. Still have like 8 hours to wait. That's ridiculous!

I will be stuck at work, relying on ESPN Gamecast and ShockerNet on my phone to keep track of the game.

But that's okay, because I was stuck at work during the Pitt and Gonzaga games, and we know how that worked out. Not going to change anything by not working.

Hopefully I won't hose the vibe. My son is back at school (he was with me Saturday when we won) and I wanted to wear my "22" jersey I'm wearing to work (which I didn't wear Saturday night). Hopefully just me and the jersey in my basement can pull it off.jersey.jpg

While I won't be in the same place, I will be wearing the same clothes that I was wearing for the first two games. And after talking with my sister, she said she won't watch the game, just like the first two because she doesn't want to mess with her superstitions. Instead, she will be following it via facebook updates from all her WSU friends.

I will be in our home laid back in my recliner with my family in KC. Our neighbors are big Shocker fans as well (I've converted them some) and they too plan on coming over. This is the first time we've had them over for a game, so let's hope it's not bad luck.
