I enjoyed the read. I will say this though - KU and KSU can go suck eggs. If I were 3G, I wouldn't schedule them if they got on their knees and begged for it.
I have always thought "Man, it would be great to play KU" but now I really don't give a rats arse. We are in the Sweet 16 (and have a great shot to go further) without playing the self proclaimed fagship program. It's not like we needed to earn the right to play them.
I was working in KC and listened to Self's postgame press conference after they won the B12 tourney. He said that he wanted WSU to win - just not a their expense. I hate it that we are even asking for a game. Make them come to us. IMO, WE DON'T NEED TO PLAY THEM.
Sorry for the rant - Go Shox !!!! I'm going to go watch the last 8 minutes of the Gonzaga game - it's the cure all for me right now -
