I don't want the BCS conferences deciding which conferences deserve an auto-bid and which don't. I'd rather have some bad teams in and everyone controls their own destiny to get their shot at a bid than the alternative.

Well I agree with that big time. I was thinking the alternative is the auto-bid goes to the regular season conference champion and the tournament should just be a few more games to improve your resume.

Bottom line is that the bully didn't like being bullied. As soon as Pitt realized the Shocks weren't going to be initmidated and, in fact would be the aggressors, this game was over.

If you would have told me before the game that we would be 2 of 18 from beyond the arc I'm thinking we lose by 20. Inside the arc was awsome. The guys really came to play today. Why wouldn't Pitt play zone against us? I'm glad they didn't but that just doesn't compute. Really looking forward to the game on saturday.

Not really. We rebound and play D like today and shoot like were capable of shooting we have a chance. We don't have to shoot like we never have before, although if the Shocks decided that's the way the want to go I won't argue with them.

Am I the only one wondering where in the world has Demetric's offense gone? He used to be a major player, yet for so many games now, he seems like a minor role player. He used to be more like Armstead, but sure hasn't shown anything lately.
