I have to disagree. I would really like to see how the Shocks would fare against Gonzaga if we are fortunate enough to get by Pitt. If we are afraid to play the Zags then we will never be the next Gonzaga.

So true. I grew up in NC, hence my fandom for UNC as well as the Shox. In ACC land there are actually rivalries and many schools with National Titles. KU gets by because they have no rival and play in a crap conference. They've had some great teams and have one this year, but their avoidance of WSU and acting like winning 9 Big 12 titles in a row is a big deal makes me ill. And how I loathe that 'rock chalk' crap.
