Once the locations are announced, what are the best websites to buy tickets?

It looks like there are lots of tickets on Stub Hub. Do the arenas/NCAA release tickets early to brokers? There are over 1,000 all session tickets for KC on Stub Hub, fyi.

I hate dealing with scalpers. Since the onset of Stubhub, my ticket buying experience has been much, much better.

Does anyone have any idea where the Shocker seats are located in SLC? Upper or lower, sides? Anyone have experience where they seat the 8 schools in field of 64 games. Much obliged.
