HC3GM and Jans seem exceedingly tight so I would expect Jans to ask HC3GM for his blessing to make that type of move (and expect HC3GM to congratulate him and let it go down on excellent terms). You are correct Missouri State has one of the lowest salaries (if not the) in the MVC. Lusk is a good coach, just cant do much with a bare cupboard. This is what the problem at MSU is, we have a great overpriced areana that we cant fill and the lowest salary in the leaque, like people say "You get what you pay for".....Congrats on the great season you are having, best of luck from SpringfieldComment
