Russ has 117 and B1 has 133. I would think if less than 125 points are scored in the game that Russ wins and if more than 125 are scored B1 wins. If 125 points exactly are scored it would be a tie.

I thought they always did it where whoever was the closest without going over.

Personally, I think they should have just let the 2nd place finisher from game 1 who actually picked the winner advance instead. :o
