Are you paying attention to the rest of the college basketball? Shocks may sweat it out, but I don't doubt that they are in with 2 wins in the St. Lou.

Yeah. I was responding to the idea that we were in "no matter what." We aren't. Our RPI would be in the 50s, our SoS over 100, and we would be 0-3 to end the season. We would have only one good loss (this one), and a bunch to bad teams.

If we get two wins, we probably will be okay. But I wouldn't feel secure with a first round loss.

Fantastic game by McDermott. Creighton was clearly the better team today. Shocks defense certainly wasn't at its best today. Shocks did not in any way deserve to win this game today nor were they deserving of a Valley title with the way they have closed out the year.

On the other hand the Shocks really did a good job this year reloading with pretty much a totally new group of guys and
multiple key injuries.

Time to put the regular season behind us and get refocused on the new task at hand, winning in St. Louis and making an appearance in the dance.

Very disappointing, but CU was the hands down favorite to win the Valley and we were picked to finish 4th with a fully healthy team. We were playing for a conference championship with two key player out for the majority of the season. Shox played tough but it wasn't in the cards today. The truly disappointing loss was 3 days ago. But there are still games left to play and our guys don't give up.
