  • NCAA Tournament Tickets and Details

I know this is way premature, but I want to get out ahead of it. What is the best way to get EXCELLENT NCAA tournament tickets? Like row 4 center of court type tickets (obvious that's going to be hard to pull off, but I am emphasizing that I am not asking how to get the cheapest tickets, but damn good quality tickets).

    Anybody experienced with this?

Stubhub if you want the best tickets. WSU's allotment will be decent, but you need to know someone with a really good priority number in order to get the best seats.

This, and you have to wait until you know where WSU will be sent. No way to do anything until Selection Sunday which is only 4 or 5 days from the first game.

I'm sure WSU will be making info available where fans can submit "if the Shockers qualify for the NCAA tournament, I would take N tickets to Place Y". Getting tickets through WSU's allotment will undoubtedly be based upon SASO priority points, so mostly the upper crust donors and families get them.

It is all a guessing game and the toughest part is usually finding transportation to distant locales. By the end of the Selection Sunday show, airfares to the 2nd & 3rd round sites will skyrocket. Commerical airfares to Portland last year were around $1,600.
