Win or lose, that kick was absolutely intentional. He saw Cotton in front of him and threw his leg forward for NO reason. No one's leg goes flying up to the level of someone's head during a simple rebound.

This needs to be reviewed by the Valley in conjunction with the BS that went in St. Louis last year as some real measures taken to penalized ILS and its players.
