After Tuesdays games, I was the only one that still had a chance to score a perfect 10 for this pickem. Unfortunately for me, I dribbled the ball off my foot on the Wednesdays games and now find myself buried securely in the cut list.

With only 1 contestant at 95, 1 at 94, 1 at 93, 1 at 92 and none at 91 the potential for a lot of volatility in the location of the cut line from game pod to game pod is certainly a possibility. If it stays that way until the end of the season things will get very interesting at the end.

For example, had 1 contestant who is at 90 or 1 at 89 had picked 1 or 2 additional points this past set of games then the cut line would be at 86 and 6 more contenstants would be underwater.

OTOH, assuming our esteemed leader eeshocker only scored an 8, instead of his excellent 9 (althouhg requiring an accurate if not somewhat disturbing lack of faith in the Shockers :boxing:) then the cut line would be at 84 and 5 more contestants would be above the line.

Wow!!!! Can't believe I am sitting alone at the top. I am getting calls from Vegas already. I am proud to say that I made it to the top without picking against the Shockers one time. Although lately it's been hard for me to give them more than 1 pt.

I do think everyone participating in this weeks contest should put 4 points on the Shockers to win over Missouri State.

This will have the same effect of all of us holding our Bud Lights label out (which I also recommend for this game) and assure that our beloved Shocks return to their rightful place in the pantheon that is college basketball.
