That article is trying come across as positive but instead gives the appearance of dismissal. Example:

At mid-majors like Wichita State — or Creighton, or Gonzaga, or Butler, or Xavier, or any smaller schools we only notice come March

They are comparing us to quality schools, but that last part is only going to sound like an insult. There is good information in the article though, you just have to read through the writer's natural bias. It really felt like they were trying for a "look at the cool tricks this dog can do" type of fluff news story, but it is worth reading past that.

Disgusted by how many times they had to throw in that reprehensible term. But the rest of it was decent.
