I don't know if this has been mentioned yet or not, but Joe Mitchell will finish his career at Friends.

He could average 30 there. NCAA rule kept him out of Newman.

glad he landed somewhere. Most of my family went to Friends if they didn't go to WSU

I got a buddy that starts at forward for Friends. It sounds like their best player is a guard so how joe fits will be interesting.

What NCAA rule was that? I thought you could drop down from 1 to 2 without sitting out?

he enrolled at Ohio, enrolled at WSU, if he had enrolled at a third NCAA school (even tho it's D-2) he would have had to forfeit a year's eligibility

I didn't realize that. Thank you.

Good luck to Joe -- he gets to stay home, and he should be an outstanding player for Friends. He certainly has the talent.

Still wish he had stuck around. With the injuries to Wessel and Baker he would have been valuable off the bench.

Good luck to Joe at Friends.
