I know that oftentimes blaming officiating is merely an exercise in excuse-making, but after watching lots of college basketball, it seems to me that Valley officials are the *worst* when it comes to home-cooking. Maybe I'm off-base here, but I would estimate that Valley officials are worth 5-10 points per game for the home squad. Guess that makes the Shocks recent road performances that much more impressive.

No such thing as Valley refs anymore, but I don't argue the point that Valley games seemed to be called differently than BCS league games I watch.

Other than a few isolated BS calls, I had no problem with the way the first two games were reffed.
