Good God! Sixteen posts and not one mention of yours truly talking to the coach about the War Chant? Epic fail on everybody's part.

Bottom Line: Coach knew what I was referring because his son talks to him about it. Coach loves the idea of putting the words on the scoreboard with a synchronized effort from the crowd to get into it. Mike loved the idea too. Coach said to email him the words and he would work with the AD and the band to make it happen.

Now that I've carried Shocker Nation on my back, can someone that knows the words email the parties involved?

You guys amaze me. I thought there would be an entire thread singing my praises and I get bupkis.

(Okay, after that hate filled rant, I did see my buddy Fever and someone else mention me on another thread.)

Now excuse me while I pleasure myself listening to the podcast of my own voice.

Awesome, thank you very much. I thought I would try and contribute as much as I could and e-mailed the WSU's Director of Bands to see if the department can get the lyrics on the big board. I even offered to donate copies of the lyrics to at least the student section if the big board was not a possibility. I figured with the size of the student section it wouldn't cost to much (Ha Ha) but I could be wrong. Anyhow I hope combined efforts pay huge dividends with the chant really catching on!

300 half sheets of paper - $15-$20. or somebody make a couple big posters - not that hard.

HCGM doesn't strike me as a coach that will put up with any running of the mouth from his players. I do believe that MA will be in deep doo doo if he gets slapped with another T this year.

anybody know if they keep track of how many technical fouls players get. Just curious how many technical fouls MA got when he was at Oregon
