It's also interesting that the 54-60 group is so low compared to all the groups from 32 to 70.

Oh, also the 61-70 group has 10 years. The groups before only had 7 years. If you break the 61-70 into the 61-67 and 68-74 groups, it would be different.

Us poor 54-60's are too old to be tech savy and too young to be retired with time on our hands. It is prime real estate however.
