Next yer we have the two-headed monster of Coleby and Lufile. Coleby will be a 5th year senior, and that 5th year can make a huge difference in the play of a big man. The year after that we have Watson (Sr.) and Morris (So.)

If Green projects as a SF, then we need 2 post players in 2014. It's sweet to be able to look that far down the road before finding a recruiting need.

Did anybody catch Marshall on Sirius xm tonight? Goshockers said he was interviewed on a show and I am late to the info. I guess I can go try to dig it up if its available on demand.

Caller: "Is recruiting any easier with the recent success?" (Paraphrase) Marshall: The NIT run (5 games ESPN coverage) and last years success have all helped open doors with recruiting.

Fred (caller) asked about the 2 new guards. Rion can windmill dunk and is a great leaper. I forgot what he said about Bowles, the point guard but he's high on both of them.

Fred VanVleet (player) benefits from having Malcum ahead of him. Fred is going to get better. Had one 'atomic bomb' and missed the front end of a one-and-one yesterday, but he's going to be one heck of a player!

Derial (sp) Green is a great shooter... one of the best if not the best shooters on the team. Question is who he can guard? He wants to be great and is working his tail off.

Zac Bush is a 'gym rat' and has the talent to earn a future scholarship.

Kadeem Colby is unbelievably quick (quick ups) and blocks shots in practice... if we would have had him at Air Force, the game wouldn't have been close, he's a game changer.

I would like to put a little bit of Coach Marshall sizzle on Wstate's comments.

I just listened to the Coach Marshall Show today via KNSS.

Coach Marshall's comments on Rian, Derail and Colby were gushing praise.

Derail is 6-7 and will play the three. Coach implied that DeRail will be a load to handle.

Just short of gushing praise were his comments about Bush. Based upon his comments, I suspect Bush will earn a scholarship next year or the year after.

When red shirts like Baker and Bush earn scholarships, surely it will help redshirt recruiting.
