IF the Shockers could have won on Saturday, this place would be brimming with expectation and excitement...IF they would have gotten bumped off in a close one, but showed resilience and heart, still ok...but that second half....after reviewing it...wow...

WHY NOT play the two frosh???Mills runs the risk of breaking two relationships he needs....PJ and the City League.

I’ll be honest. I don’t care about this game, won’t be watching til we go up against a quality opponent at all.

The Shocks just played around 30 minutes of decent ball in a 40 minute game. The last 10 minutes were a train wreck on both sides of the court. Now the Shocks return to home sweet home and will win by 14 with a 9-2 record. Now is the time to establish some teamwork and confidence heading towards brutal Conference play soon. By then, we hope to get 3 injured players back and get them adjusted into our team chemistry.

Kansas City is bad. We win this one. Should win by 30+ but we won't. Even if we did, it wouldn't much matter because this team can't compete with good teams anyway.

Will I watch? Yes, because I have a problem.

Do I want to watch? Not really.

Am I excited about the program and its direction? Not at all.

Would I spend $40 to watch this team play the Roos? Absolutely not.

Would I spend $20 to watch this team play the Roos? Probably not.

Would I spend $10 to watch this team play the Roos? Depends what else is going on and what the weather was like. This team definitely isn't worth walking across campus in freezing temps with northerly winds making it worse.

UM Kansas City Roos have a 4-7 record and have struggled on the road.

Yep - at this point I’m not sure there’s anything that can really change my feelings about the season unless we make some strange adjustment and absolutely stomp k state and Memphis. That’s not going to happen though. We MIGHT split with Memphis (prob not - they are athletic and we saw what that’s like with Florida). Colby will probably light us up, always happens with those who transfer out. And k state will remind this program that it’s a commuter school in drag again, as someone said.

Call me a fake fan or whatever...I just don't have a lot of enthusiasm about the team, nor season right now. Beating up on KC won't make me feel any different if we continue to disappoint against good competition.

I've been to one home game with grandson. It was worth it because he was so engaged and enjoyed it. He wants to go again so I probably will take him if I can get some tickets at no more than twenty each. Used to be able to get on Craigslist or marketplace and find good deals but can't find them anymore. Lack of ball movement and post up game is disappointing. I think MB would be a player in another system but not ours. He should be getting many more looks from the top of the key and the ball down low when he has established good position. Shocks should win around 90-60 and I watch every game regardless.
